The purpose of the Legislative Clinic is to contribute to the development of students' professional knowledge, skills, and values by examining specific regulations in the legislation, identifying legal problems in these regulations, and preparing proposals to address these problems and sending them to relevant institutions. Volunteer lawyers assigned by the Istanbul Bar Association for Legislative Clinic activities are matched with teams of students participating in the MEF University Legislative Clinic, and lawyers support students in the working process. Students participating in these activities within the clinic structure carry out their work under the framework of the Legal Clinic course, which is an elective course with 2 ECTS credits.
