This module aims to familiarize the business world with conducting R&D projects, developing projects in collaboration with universities, and acquiring knowledge in the fields of technology and innovation.
Activities that can be carried out within the framework of the module may include introducing the competencies, resources, and collaboration opportunities that our university possesses for the business world, organizing training sessions on new technologies, R&D methodologies, and similar topics, and conducting various informational events related to university-industry cooperation.
Within the framework of this module, activities that can be carried out by our Technology Transfer Office (TTO) may be defined as providing information, project planning, and administrative support to universities and the business world for their participation in various grant support programs.
New knowledge and technologies generated within the university framework as part of national and international research projects constitute one of the key inputs for the Technology Transfer Office's essential value, contributing significantly to its licensing and commercialization activities.
The main focus of this module is to utilize the academic knowledge and expertise available at our university in private sector R&D projects.
Within the framework of this module, activities that can be carried out by our Technology Transfer Office (TTO) may include identifying and planning companies' needs using various communication tools, finding researchers to support the identified projects, creating contracts for collaboration, and providing coordination services during project execution, among other tasks.
Within this module, the following activities are conducted:
Identifying projects and work that can be considered under intellectual property (IP) regulations (FSMH).
Making decisions related to confidentiality, know-how, registration, and other aspects within the framework of IP management.
Handling the registration process for intellectual property, such as utility models and patents.
Marketing and licensing of intellectual property.
Transferring usage information to the user or customer.
These activities encompass the management of intellectual property within the university and its various aspects, including confidentiality, registration, licensing, and dissemination of usage information.
This module is designed to support entrepreneurial activities led by our academicians aimed at contributing new products and technologies to our national economy. Within the framework of this module, our Technology Transfer Office (TTO) provides support to academicians and researchers with R&D ideas. This support includes consulting, training, and other services related to project planning, marketing, legal matters, and administrative processes for their ideas.
TTO aims to assist academic individuals with R&D concepts in various aspects of entrepreneurship to help bring new products and technologies to the national economy.
