Graduate Program in Public Law (Thesis/Non-Thesis)

Public Law, which has changed and expanded in scope over the past fifty years, has gone beyond the study of inter-state relations and has become a field that follows the consequences of globalisation in different fields and is a part of these changes. The Master's Programme with Thesis in Public Law enables students to understand and analyse the relationships between public law actors, including individuals, national/international non-governmental organisations, intergovernmental organisations and states, and the functioning of the system in the light of innovations. The Public Law Master's Programme with Thesis provides the student with knowledge on professional issues and the ability to conduct research on a selected subject in accordance with scientific and ethical rules and to turn it into a thesis.
