Candidates who have successfully completed their undergraduate law degree and graduated from the Private Law Doctorate Program can apply. In addition, candidates must have a master's degree with thesis in any field. For bachelor's and master's diplomas obtained from abroad, the appropriate opinion of the higher education institution where the diploma is obtained is sought for the recognition of the education and degree received.
Candidates must have at least 65 points from the Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Examination (ALES) in equal weight score type. Candidates who have a score at least equivalent to ALES in the internationally recognized “Graduate Record Examination” (GRE) or Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), which are considered equivalent to ALES by the Interuniversity Council, are also taken into consideration. (ALES score will be evaluated with 50% weight.)
Candidates must have at least 60 points from central foreign language exams accepted by the Council of Higher Education and international foreign language exams accepted as equivalent by ÖSYM or an equivalent score from international foreign language exams accepted as equivalent by ÖSYM. (Foreign language score will be evaluated with 10% weight.)
Candidates who meet the above-mentioned conditions must be successful in the science exam and interview. (Science exam and interview score will be evaluated with 40% weight).
The total score obtained as a result of the evaluation must exceed 70 points.
