In addition, in this program, they grasp the basics of legal theory, to be able to handle the fields of public law in a holistic manner, to conduct academic research and studies It is aimed to train expert lawyers. Within the scope of the program, students will be able to research and discussion in the fields of law, scientific research methods and ethical rules are taught, and it is aimed for students to conduct in-depth academic studies. In the program, students are expected to be able to conduct comprehensive and in-depth research in areas such as Legal Theory, Legal Philosophy, Financial Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, International Law, Human Rights Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law and to develop the ability to transfer their knowledge in these fields by producing a scientific result in national and international arena. In this way, it is aimed to train researcher lawyers who contribute to academic development, are versatile, holistic and researcher, have a strong notion of law and social responsibility, and are experts in their fields.

In this context, the thesis to be written for the completion of the Private Law Doctorate Program will be a study aimed at conducting scientific research by examining national and international sources in the field of private law, analyzing and transferring the information obtained as a result of these researches, interpreting and reaching conclusions that contribute to the academic literature on the subject.
