International Office

The International Office (IO) encourages and supports all different forms of global engagement and internationalization at home. Together with the academic administration, the IO establishes and maintains partnerships with higher education institutions worldwide for mobility of learners and staff, joint degrees, strategic initiatives, and knowledge and sector skills alliances. The IO works closely with the faculty/department mobility coordinators for approval, monitoring and management of inter-institutional agreements for study and teaching mobility, and manages the institutional procedure for receiving and sending mobility participants. The IO represents MEF University towards international partners, acts as the main contact point for stakeholders, disseminates information on different international outreach schemes internally and externally, and constantly seeks new modes of transnational educations. The IO coordinates the degree-seeking international students’ application and acceptance process and welcomes them to the new surroundings. The degree-seeking international students join the inbound exchange students for an orientation program which combines academic information to practical issues and cultural aspects of studying abroad.
