Registration Renewal for the Academic Year 2022-2023

According to MEF University Undergraduate and Associate Degree Education Regulations, students are obliged to renew their registration at the beginning of each semester.

The registration renewal deadline for the Fall Semester of the 2022-2023 Academic Year is September 12, 2022.

Registration renewal consists of two steps:

1- Paying the Education Fee

Students are required to pay the related semester's tuition fee at the beginning of each semester. Until September 12, 2022, the systems of students who do not make their payments are closed to course registration.

Students who will study abroad within the Erasmus+ program are obliged to pay the full fee they are obliged to pay in the relevant semester.

Students who freeze their registration due to health reasons are exempt from the full fee they are obliged to pay in the relevant semester.

Students who freeze their enrollment for other reasons are exempt from 50% of the fee they are obliged to pay in the relevant semester.

2- Online Course Registrations

The systems of students who have paid the tuition fee are opened for course registration. These students are obliged to register for courses through the Student Information System on the dates specified in the academic calendar. Students who do not register for courses on time can only register for courses with available quota during the add/drop period.

Course registration dates are published on the Online Course Registration page. Please read the announcement carefully.

Students who do not register for courses during the add/drop period without an excuse cannot benefit from their student rights until the beginning of the next semester, even if they pay the tuition fee.
