Aligned with the vision of MEF University, the primary educational goal of the Business Administration Department is to contribute to society by graduating future managers who possess a creative, progressive, and inquisitive mindset, prioritize the Sustainable Development Goals, foresee and lead changes in the business world, and uphold a strong sense of ethics. MEF Business Administration graduates combine the theoretical and practical knowledge they acquire during their academic journey with cultural awareness, core values, and advanced problem-solving skills, enabling them to adapt successfully to diverse work environments, manage organizational relationships effectively, and bring innovative and competitive perspectives to the institutions they work for. Graduates of the Business Administration Department can pursue their careers in private companies, academic institutions, or non-governmental organizations.
Those who choose to work in private enterprises are equipped through the education and training provided at MEF University to contribute to the productivity and competitive edge of businesses at both local and global scales.
In addition to core courses, the department offers a wide range of up-to-date and diverse electives in key subfields such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Management Information Systems (MIS), and Human Resources. These courses allow students to bring their creative ideas to life through practical projects, thereby enhancing their expertise in their chosen areas of specialization. Moreover, in today’s world, where the importance of sustainability is increasingly recognized, our graduates are showing growing interest in non-governmental organizations. As a result, in addition to private sector and academic career paths, roles in NGOs have become a significant career alternative for our graduates.
