ŞİRİN GİZEM KÖSE

Dr. Şirin Gizem Köse received a BSc in Business Administration in English from Marmara University, MSc in Production Management and Marketing from Galatasaray University and a PhD in Business Administration/ Marketing from Yıldız Technical University. She worked as a research assistant at Yıldız Technical University Business Administration, production management and marketing department between 2014-2021. She presented her studies in Germany and Netherlands during this period. She took part in projects for enterprise resource planning, green marketing and artificial intelligence supported by Yıldız Technical University Scientific Research Projects Coordination Unit. Her academic research areas are sustainability, food marketing, and consumer behavior. Dr. Köse's academic studies have been published in leading international scientific journals and books. In addition to her academic studies, she also publishes reports and articles through sectoral collaborations. She has been working as a full-time lecturer at MEF University, Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration since 2022.
