ZEYNEP ÖZEN

Zeynep Özen graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2021 with third ranked degree. In 2024, she graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Human Rights Law Master's Program as a high honor student and successfully defended her thesis titled “The State's Monopoly of Force and Lynching as an ‘Exception’”. Özen, who was awarded merit scholarships during her undergraduate and graduate studies, continues her education at Galatasaray University Public Law PhD Program. Since 2021, she has been working as a research assistant at MEF University, Department of General Public Law.
