Biography

Sercan Cavusoglu graduated from Galatasaray University, Faculty of Law in 2016. He studied for a semester at Montpellier University in France as an Erasmus exchange student. He worked at a law firm as a legal intern for a year and completed his legal internship in September 2017. He received his LL.M. degree on Private Law at Marmara University in 2019 with his thesis on “Sales by Auction in Cross-Border Electronic Commerce”. Çavuşoğlu graduated from the Master's Program in International Dispute Resolution at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin as a Jean Monnet Scholar in the 2022-2023 Academic Year with his thesis titled "Impecunious Parties in International Arbitration: The interplay between right to access to justice and arbitration agreement". He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree on Private Law at Galatasaray University. He joined MEF University Faculty of Law in October 2017 as a research assistant in the Private International Law Department.
