Biography

Aylin Moralıoğlu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1995. As a founding partner of Moralıoğlu Law Office, she practiced as an independent attorney for many years. In 2011, she completed her master’s degree at Istanbul University's “Department of Women’s Studies” with a thesis titled “The Legal Dimension of Women’s Empowerment: The Women’s Law Commission of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations,” focusing on women’s access to justice. Registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, Attorney Aylin Moralıoğlu specializes in women’s rights and actively works on preventing violence against women, children's rights, and refugee rights. She participates in various centers and commissions within the Istanbul Bar Association, professional in-service training programs for lawyers, and civil society organizations. She is a board member and vice president of the Turkish Association of University Women, which provides scholarships to female university students and works towards empowering women in all fields. She is also a member of UWE (University Women of Europe) and GWI (Graduate Women International). Moralıoğlu serves as a responsible attorney at the Istanbul Bar Association’s Central Legal Aid Bureau, facilitating individuals' access to justice. She also works part-time at MEF University Faculty of Law, teaching courses on legal clinics, attorney law, and notary law. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in private law, Moralıoğlu is fluent in English and German.
