JENNIFER THORSON

Jennifer Thorson has been working at MEF SoFL as an instructor and assessment specialist since 2017 and as a coordinator since 2023. She received her BA degree  from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in the United States. She is completing an MEd in Curriculum, Teaching and Learning Studies at Memorial University in Canada. She holds a CELTA from Cambridge English Language Assessment and a TEAP Certificate from SOAS University of London. Prior to MEF University, she worked as an English Language instructor at other universities in Istanbul, Palestine, and China. Her professional areas of interest include social justice education and inclusive practices in EFL.
