ELENA OFELIA MANCAS

Elena Ofelia Mancas has  over 20 years of experience in education in Romania and Turkey,  working mainly with university students in the past 10 years. Her professional certifications include BA, MA and CELTA. She has been working at MEF University in for 7 years.

She enjoys training fellow teachers in a variety of contexts and getting involved in educational projects. Her major interests are CPD (Continuous Professional Development), Inclusion and Using ICT tools in the classroom. Over the years she was involved in different projects related to material writing, project management, rating descriptors for Global Scale of English and assessing speaking exams.
