ALİ DURAL

Dr. Halil Ali Dural studied at Istanbul University Faculty of Law between 1991-1995 after graduating from the Saint Benoît French High School. Upon graduation, he worked as a research assistant at Galatasaray University Faculty of Law, Department of Civil Law between 1995-1997. Since 1997, he has been working in the Department of Commercial Law at the same Faculty. In 1998, he completed his master's degree at Istanbul University with his thesis titled “Rights and Protection of Performing Artists”. After his time as a visiting researcher at the University of Montpelier, he completed his PhD at Galatasaray University in 2005. He was appointed as an assistant professor in 2006. Dr. Dural has published extensively in the field of Commercial Law and has presented at numerous national and international conferences and symposiums. Dural speaks French and English.
