BİLGE ERSON ASAR

Dr. Bilge Erson-Asar joined MEF University Faculty of Law in September 2017. Previously, she worked at Istanbul Kültür University Faculty of Law and gave lectures at Istanbul Aydın University and Istanbul Bilgi University. As a scholar of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), she was a visiting researcher at the University of Trier and the Max Planck Institute for Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. She served as a legal advisor at the Legal Department of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation and participated in the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) Legal Task Force on behalf of Türkiye. In addition, she was a member of the Bakırköy District Human Rights Board and the Anti-Discrimination and the Turkish Bar Association Human Rights Center Anti-Discrimination and Freedom of Expression Commissions. She is fluent in German and English.
