Biography
Dr. Zeliha Hacımuratlar Sevinç joined MEF University in September 2017. Since then, she has been working as a faculty member at the Faculty of Law, Department of Public Law, Department of Administrative Law. She has national and international publications on the democratic functioning of the administration, structural and functional characteristics of the administration in authoritarian regimes. Her recent studies include zoning law, the state's obligation to reduce disaster risks, the place of urban transformation in disaster risk management in Turkey, the use of public property for public benefit, the protection and use of cultural heritage.
