RUSTAM BAKHTIYAROV

Rustam Bakhtiyarov has been working at MEF SoFL since 2015. He received his BA in English Philology from the Uzbek State World Languages University in 2007. He also holds a MSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Wales. In 2013, Rustam came to Turkey and did his CELTA course. He was employed at Yaldız Technical University for 2 years prior to starting at MEF.
