EMİNE KARACAOĞLU

Emine Karacaoğlu graduated from University of Dicle in 1987. After the completion of internship at Adana Bar, she started to work at the University of Dicle, Faculty of Law until 2004. She obtained her M.A. from Social Sciences Institute of the Dicle University in 1991 and LLM from University of Nottingham in 1992 and her PhD from Social Sciences Institute of Istanbul University in 2003. She worked at Kocaeli University, Faculty of Law from 2004 to 2012 and at the University of Özyeğin, Faculty of Law from 2012-2014. She is currently working at the University of MEF, Faculty of Law. She teaches Constitutional Law, European Convention on Human Rights, and Law and Cinema. She has published a book entitled “Case Studies on Constitutional Law and European Court of Human Rights” and also several articles and translations.
