BETİM NEYRAN CAN

Betim Neyran Can, an alumna of Istanbul University, holds a BA in English Language and Literature and completed her pedagogical and Turkish language teaching certifications there. Her master's research at Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University delved into "Eastern Motifs in 'Othello' and 'The Merchant of Venice'". She's contributed to "Transforming Fiction into Film" and authored "Oriental Symbolism in Othello & The Merchant of Venice". With a high school stint in Munich and scholarships for German studies, Betim taught at various universities before joining MEF University in 2019 as a German instructor. She also coordinates online language courses and pursuing her doctorate in English Language and Literature.
